Founded in 1993 on a principle of providing non-chemical water treatment products, Lifescience continues to research and develop sustainable technologies for the plumbing and heating industry.
Our focus is on delivering value engineered plumbing solutions, manufactured in the UK and supported by expert technical advice and free to access training resources.

1993: Company founded
1994: Water-King launched
– Jonathan Seccombe appointed
1996: Drink-King domestic water filtration system launched
Independent laboratory tests commissioned at the request
of the Advertising Standards Authority prove Water-King
partially softens hot water
2004: Water-King is used to prevent scaling in London’s iconic ‘Gherkin’ building
– Lifescience launch UK’s first CIBSE accredited CPD training seminar on physical water conditioning
2007: Darren Stacey appointed
– Lifescience become exclusive distributor of Nova-Flo
– Nova-Flo wins ‘Best Innovation in Building Services’ M&E Show, Olympia
2008: Aqua-Rex launched in USA
2009: Nova-Flo wins ‘Best Bathroom Product’ at Enable 2009
2014: Lifescience Products is featured in episode 2 of CIBSE’s ‘Innovative Engineering & Building Performance’ TV Show
2016: The Lifescience Academy, providing free online e-learning modules and technical content, goes live
